Remove keywords stuffing from fotter of your website it is look like spam.

Since your site has already got a PR of 2 , you can concentrate on building more backward links. Your site is also getting indexed consistently. Keeping your content up to date will be most helpful. YOu can even try giving your site a more cosmopolitan look , if Only Indian audience is not your target.
