Google Supplemental Index Changes
Google has done it again, the much talked about supplemental index of google where the web index is kept divided into 2 parts:
- The main google index
- Supplemental index
the policies has probably been changed.
Google Supplemental index changes
One could view the google index earlier by using the following command.
( site:www.yourdomain.com ) the results would show all pages indexed, where after a few pages of scroll would would see supplemental pages.
and to see the supplemental index you could use: site:www.yourdomain.com *** -view
Now if you would see the results all the supplemental pages are now included in the main index.
The supplemental index has been added to the main index although the results have not changed at all. But whats behind this recent change is yet to unfold. We will be tracking these changes in google and you can view the update at this post at seocombat.
